This is one of my favorite photo's of the New Zealand trip when the entire family went down to visit Nanni. We had just spent 5 days in Palmerston North then went the west coast road through to Putaruru.
The McMeekan farm was sold in 2005 when Mac's second wife Dantry McMeekan passed. As a child, my brothers and I spent our young years, 1967-73 at Kohatanui "Land of the big Rock" These two sweeties are my paternal grandparents Marjorie Dorris and Campbell Percy "Mac". |
